Thanks and regards,NH————————- ANSWER Hi, ISBP paragraph 181 says: “A requirement for a certificate of origin will be satisfied by the presentation of a signed, dated document that CERTIFIES (emphasized by Mr. Old Man) to the origin of the goods” The cerificate of origin presented does not indicate the date of certification by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the country of origin, hence, it is not complying. You may raise the discrepancy “Certificate of origin not indicating the date of certification”. Best regards,Mr. Old Man
