Wherether or not this B/L have discrepancy as per para 114 ISBP? ————— ANSWER Hi, It is impossible to ascertain that the statement “½ part of 1×20’ GP container” implies that goods in the container are covered by the said bill of lading plus other bill(s) of lading unless the bill of lading states so, and that all bills of lading must be surrendered. I’m afraid you cannot raise the discrepancy based on ISBP para 114. Best regards,N.H Duc
