What Would the World Be Like If It Were Ruled by Ladies?

Mr. Old Man couldn’t help but burst out laughing when he came across this funny little post in English.

It said:

“If women ruled the world, there would be no wars. Just a bunch of jealous countries, not talking to each other.”

Luckily, the author used the second conditional — a hypothetical situation contrary to the present reality.

Mr. Old Man got curious and did a little research. He was quite surprised to learn that there are currently 28 countries with women serving as heads of state or government — and apparently, every one of them is an “Iron Lady.”

Well… Mr. Old Man had better not name them all.

Too dangerous!!!

But then Mr. Old Man thought:

Perhaps it would be better to let the ladies rule the world than to have male leaders constantly urging people to fight — and leaving the world to be shot with lead bullets.
