Mr. Old Man’s World – Where Trade Finance Meets Adventure _______________ A retired banker’s journey through letters of credit, lifelong learning, long rides on two wheels. _______________ Nguyen Huu Duc, widely known as Mr. Old Man, is a retired trade finance expert who spent 30 years with the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank), having joined the bank in 1991. In addition to serving as Deputy Director of Vietcombank Da Nang Branch, Nguyen was also a trainer at the Vietcombank Training Centre and a regular speaker at seminars and workshops on trade finance operations. He frequently contributes articles to leading banking and financial publications in Vietnam, including Banking Review (State Bank of Vietnam), Financial and Monetary Market Review (Vietnam Banks Association)... OLD MAN – For those who eat, sleep and breathe Letters of Credit,” features more than 1,600 articles and case studies on trade finance, letters of credit, collections, and bank guarantees.
